We are passionate about conceptualizing, building and designing elegant, high-end homes that are customized to our clients’ tastes & preferences. Company founder, Hilary Musser, has lived in the Palm Beach area for the past 15 years and has deep community ties. She has personally bought and sold over $150,000,000 in real estate, while simultaneously acting as the general contractor and interior designer. She has completed six exquisite homes from concept-to-completion in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Nantucket.

Hilary’s journey into the world of interior design started when she and Bennett Weinstock traveled the world together looking for design pieces for her homes. Hilary captured the intricate process of evaluating and selecting every piece that they purchased. Soon she couldn’t stop going over all the design choices and options until the space was exactly as she wanted it to be. It has been her passion since then. Hilary started her own venture in 1999. Hilary Musser owned a 5,000 sqft antique store on Nantucket, called 21 Federal Antiques. When she sold the building, she decided to go virtual and started a store online. She sells exclusively on Sotheby’s homes.

Florida Design

This cottage is simply a dream come true filled with country antiques and beautiful beds and charm. The cottage sits in the dunes Ocean side and the waves crash outside as visitors sit inside with the doors open or enjoy the widows walk above. The fanciful furnishings make this the most romantic cottage you could ever imagine! Hilary fully renovated this cottage which when she bought it was practically falling apart.

Hilary’s former summer home in Nantucket reflects her passion for antiques and collections. The house is filled with Whimsy and color as well as an original Rufus Porter room which she transported from Maine to install in this beachfront home on the eastern shore of the island.
